- Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may result in a reduced service duration.
- Bookings can be modified or cancelled according to the cancellation policy and availability.
- Packages and offers include only the services listed in the package details.
- The prices displayed on the website apply to the selected service at the time of booking. Additional services are charged separately.
- Please inform the therapist of any medical condition, allergy, or injury before the service begins.
- Massage and spa services are intended for relaxation and personal care and are not a substitute for medical advice.
- In case of a no-show without prior notice, the applicable no-show policy will apply.
- Special bookings such as VIP Room and Groom Package require advance booking.
- Use of the spa facilities and jacuzzi is subject to the applicable safety and usage instructions.
- 7ROOMS reserves the right to update prices, services, and terms when necessary.
- By completing a booking, the customer confirms that they have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions.
